2. Local Data & Storage

The App uses local storage only for functionality:

• Calculation History: This data is stored locally within the app's private directory and is never uploaded. You can clear this history at any time.
• Exporting Data: When you choose to export your history, the App creates a temporary file in its private internal storage and uses the Android System Share sheet to let you save it to a location of your choice (such as Google Drive or Downloads). The App does not request or require "All Files Access" (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE).

3. Internet Usage & Third-Party Services

The App requires Internet access for limited, specific purposes:

• Currency Conversion: To fetch the latest exchange rates from public APIs. This data is not linked to your identity.
• Security (freeRASP): We use freeRASP to protect the App from tampering. It may check for device security risks (such as rooting) but does not collect personal user data.

4. Permissions

The App uses the following permissions:

• Internet: Used solely to update currency exchange rates.
• No Storage Permission Required: The App utilizes Scoped Storage and the System Share API to handle files, ensuring we do not access your private files or photos.

5. Children's Privacy

Calculator X does not collect any data, making it safe for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.
